KongresKompagniet will send you an invoice (Pdf-file) by e-mail after having processed your registration. If you have any additional information to be added to your invoice, please state it in the comments field below.

- Electronic invoice

ONLY possible for participants living in Denmark. Please fill in the EAN No. (13 digits) and an EAN reference No./name in the fields below and KongresKomoagniet will send an electronic invoice via Data Scanning to your company/institution.

 

Cancellation refund policy

Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time, requests must be in writing sent to KongresKompagniet. There will be no fee for this service.
Cancellation must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet.
In case of cancellation no later than 15th December 2015, the full amount less a cancellation fee of DKK 400 (EUR 55) will be refunded. In case of cancellation after 15th December 2015, no refund will be made.
Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN, S.W.I.F.T./ BIC code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
